Terms of use
These terms apply when you use the Partinn Auto Service app and this website, provided by Partinn Auto Service LLC, Dubai Investment Park 2, Warehouse 44, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“Partinn”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account you agree to them.
Your account
- You sign in with your own UAE mobile number. Keep your phone and sign-in codes to yourself.
- Give correct details about yourself and your cars, including the plate number.
- You can delete your account at any time in the app.
Bookings and pickups
- A request in the app is not a confirmed booking. Our team calls you to agree the details, then confirms it, and you see it as Booked in the app.
- Pickup and recovery are available within Dubai. Any pickup fee is shown in the app when you choose pickup, or confirmed when we call you.
- Please remove valuables from the car before we collect it or you drop it off.
Quotations and work
- After inspecting your car we send a quotation in the app. Prices are in UAE dirhams and include VAT.
- You can approve all items, only some items, or ask for a new quotation. We only carry out the items you approve. If we find more work is needed, we send a new quotation first.
- Stages and times shown in the app are our best estimate and can change, for example when parts are delayed.
- Prices shown on the Services page are a guide. The final price is the one in the quotation you approve.
Payment and collection
- You pay at the garage when you collect your car. The invoice is shared with you in the app.
- When your car is ready we let you know in the app. Please collect it within a reasonable time.
Messages and content
- Use the chat for your job only. Do not send anything unlawful, offensive or unrelated.
- Videos in the Reels section are made by Partinn. You may share them with the share button, but not reuse them commercially.
Responsibility
We carry out the work you approve with reasonable care and skill. Our responsibility for any loss is limited to the extent allowed by UAE law and never covers losses that we could not reasonably foresee. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under UAE consumer protection law.
Changes and availability
We may update the app and these terms. We will update the date above and tell you in the app about important changes. We try to keep the app available at all times but cannot promise it will never be interrupted.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai decide any dispute.
