Delete your account
In the app
- Open the Partinn Auto Service app and sign in.
- Go to the Account tab.
- Tap “Delete my account” at the bottom and confirm.
If one of your cars is still with us, or you have an open request, finish or cancel it first. You can cancel a request in the app before our driver picks up the car.
By email
If you can no longer use the app, email partinnautoservicegarage@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my account” and the mobile number you signed up with. We confirm by calling that number and delete the account within 7 days.
What is deleted
- Your name and mobile number
- Your cars, car photos and chassis numbers
- Your saved places such as Home and Office
- Your likes and notifications, and your sign-in on every phone
What we keep
Records of past jobs, quotations, chats and invoices are kept without your name or number, because UAE law requires businesses to keep these records. They can no longer be linked to you. If you sign up again with the same number, you start with a new, empty account.
