Privacy policy
This policy explains what information Partinn Auto Service LLC (“Partinn”, “we”, “us”) collects when you use the Partinn Auto Service mobile app and this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We are a car repair and servicing workshop at Dubai Investment Park 2, Warehouse 44, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
What we collect
- Your mobile number, to create your account and sign you in with a one-time code sent by SMS.
- Your name and preferred language (English or Arabic), so our team knows who they are talking to.
- Your cars: brand, model, year and plate number, and if you choose to add them, the chassis number (VIN), colour and photos.
- Pickup locations: when you ask us to collect your car, the place you pin on the map and any note for our driver. You can save places such as Home or Office.
- Your jobs: the services you request, the progress of the work, quotations and the items you approve, invoices, and messages and photos you send our team in the chat.
- Videos you like in the Reels section.
- Technical information: a notification token from your phone so we can send you updates about your car, and basic server logs (such as IP address and time of request) that keep the service secure and working.
We do not collect your location in the background, your contacts, or payment card details. Payment is made at the garage.
How we use it
- To confirm and carry out your bookings and pickups, and to call or message you about them.
- To show you the progress of your car, send quotations and invoices, and let you approve work.
- To send notifications about your jobs. You can turn these off in the app under Account.
- To keep our workshop records, including invoices, as required by UAE law.
- To keep the app secure, prevent misuse and fix problems.
We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
- Our team: the staff working on your car see the details they need for their role.
- Service providers who help us run the app, only to provide their service to us: our hosting provider (servers and storage), Google Firebase (to send and check sign-in codes by SMS), Apple and Google (to deliver notifications), and OpenStreetMap (map images shown when you pick a location).
- Authorities, when the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
We keep your account details while your account exists. When you delete your account we remove your name, mobile number, cars, car photos, saved places, likes and notifications. Records of past jobs, quotations, chats and invoices are kept without your name or number for as long as UAE law requires us to keep business and tax records.
Your choices
- You can view and change your name, cars, saved places and language in the app at any time.
- You can turn job notifications on or off in the app.
- You can delete your account in the app: Account → Delete my account. See how to delete your account.
- You can ask us for a copy of your information or to correct it by emailing us.
Security
Information travels encrypted between the app and our servers. Sign-in codes expire after a few minutes and can be used once. Only our team can see your jobs, and each staff member sees only what their role needs.
Children
The app is meant for car owners aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above and, for important changes, let you know in the app.
